A New Day Studios
Your Healing Arts Community

There is a great need to take our self-care to the next level. Our planet is experiencing a major transformation that is affecting every aspect of life. As we usher in the new millennium, educating ourselves about our health care choices motivates us to take better care of ourselves and our Mid-South families.
A New Day Studios is a Healing Arts Community supporting the Caregivers Wellness Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. We provide community wellness modalities, including Reiki, Hypnotherapy, and Massage, in addition to group events in Meditation, Creative Arts and Movement. Through these activities, we support adults, children accompanied by their parents, and caregivers of all descriptions. We use evidence-based practices in wellness and self-healing and offer training in these areas.
The foundation of our work is energetic and based on the belief that there’s nothing wrong with you- we are all simply programmed from a young age to forget the truth of who we are. Energy work, and breathwork guide you back to you – your heart, your power and your magic.
If you’re a caregiver, or would like to support the healing of Memphis, we offer small group training sessions. These trainings are normally $200+ per level. For those people who can pay the full amount, your support is greatly appreciated, as it supports training others who are not able at this time.
